Hi, I’m Chad Richardson, proud owner of CDR Construction. Since launching the business in 2006, I’ve been dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and dependable service to homeowners and businesses across our community. With nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry, I’ve built CDR Construction on a foundation of hard work, integrity, and attention to detail.

CDR stands not just for my initials, but for the commitment I bring to every project—from small home renovations to large-scale builds. My team and I take pride in doing things the right way, ensuring each job is completed with the care and quality we’d expect in our own homes.

When I’m not on the job site, I’m spending time with the people who matter most—my wife Olivia and our son Cade. We love making memories together, especially at Lake of the Ozarks, the occasional camping trips, or enjoying a good round of golf. I’m also an avid hunter, and I bring that same patience and focus into the work I do every day.
